Estos términos son un acuerdo entre tú y LatinDrop LLC ("LatinDrop"). Al crear una cuenta o usar la app de clientes, la app de repartidores, el portal de comercios o latindrop.com, los aceptas. Lee también nuestra Política de privacidad.

1. Qué es LatinDrop

LatinDrop es una plataforma que conecta a clientes con comercios latinos del área de Atlanta y con repartidores que entregan los pedidos. Los comercios venden sus propios productos y son responsables de su calidad, ingredientes, alérgenos, etiquetado y de cumplir las normas sanitarias.

2. Tu cuenta

• Debes tener al menos 18 años.
• Da datos verdaderos y mantén tu contraseña en secreto. Eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta.
• Podemos suspender cuentas que incumplan estos términos o se usen para fraude o abuso.

3. Pedidos y precios

• El total incluye los productos, la tarifa de entrega, la tarifa de servicio y la propina que elijas. Verás el total antes de confirmar.
• Solo puedes pedir cuando el comercio está abierto. La disponibilidad y los precios los fija el comercio y pueden cambiar.
• Si un producto no está disponible, el comercio puede proponerte un sustituto; tú decides si lo aceptas.
• La propina es para el repartidor.

4. Cancelaciones y problemas

• Puedes cancelar sin costo mientras el comercio no haya aceptado el pedido.
• Después de aceptado, la cancelación la revisa nuestro equipo de soporte según lo que ya se haya preparado.
• Si falta algo o hay un problema, repórtalo desde el pedido en la app. Revisaremos cada caso y, si corresponde, haremos un reembolso total o parcial.

5. Entregas

• Revisa tu dirección e instrucciones. El repartidor puede tomar una foto del lugar de entrega como prueba.
• Si el repartidor llega y no logra contactarte después de esperar, el pedido puede dejarse en el lugar indicado o considerarse entregado, según las instrucciones del pedido.
• Trata a repartidores y comercios con respeto.

6. Productos con restricción de edad

LatinDrop no permite por ahora la venta de alcohol, tabaco ni otros productos con restricción de edad.

7. Comercios y repartidores

Los comercios y repartidores aceptan además las condiciones específicas que firmen con LatinDrop (tarifas, pagos y obligaciones). Si hay conflicto, prevalecen esas condiciones específicas.

8. Uso permitido

No uses LatinDrop para nada ilegal, no intentes acceder a cuentas o datos de otros, no interfieras con el servicio y no copies la app ni su contenido sin permiso.

9. Responsabilidad

Ofrecemos LatinDrop "tal cual" y hacemos lo razonable para que funcione bien, pero no garantizamos que esté siempre disponible o libre de errores. En la medida que lo permita la ley, la responsabilidad de LatinDrop por un pedido se limita al importe que pagaste por ese pedido, y no respondemos por daños indirectos.

10. Ley aplicable

Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del estado de Georgia, EE. UU.

These terms are an agreement between you and LatinDrop LLC ("LatinDrop"). By creating an account or using the customer app, the driver app, the merchant portal or latindrop.com, you accept them. Please also read our Privacy Policy.

1. What LatinDrop is

LatinDrop is a platform that connects customers with Latino stores in the Atlanta area and with drivers who deliver the orders. Stores sell their own products and are responsible for their quality, ingredients, allergens, labeling and compliance with health rules.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Provide accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that break these terms or are used for fraud or abuse.

3. Orders and prices

• The total includes products, delivery fee, service fee and the tip you choose. You will see the total before confirming.
• You can only order while the store is open. Availability and prices are set by the store and may change.
• If a product is unavailable, the store may suggest a substitute; you decide whether to accept it.
• The tip goes to the driver.

4. Cancellations and issues

• You can cancel at no cost until the store accepts the order.
• After acceptance, our support team reviews the cancellation based on what has already been prepared.
• If something is missing or wrong, report it from the order in the app. We review every case and, when appropriate, issue a full or partial refund.

5. Deliveries

• Check your address and instructions. The driver may take a photo of the drop-off spot as proof.
• If the driver arrives and cannot reach you after waiting, the order may be left at the indicated spot or treated as delivered, according to the order's instructions.
• Treat drivers and stores with respect.

6. Age-restricted products

LatinDrop does not currently allow the sale of alcohol, tobacco or other age-restricted products.

7. Stores and drivers

Stores and drivers also accept the specific terms they sign with LatinDrop (fees, payouts and obligations). If there is a conflict, those specific terms prevail.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use LatinDrop for anything illegal, do not try to access other people's accounts or data, do not interfere with the service and do not copy the app or its content without permission.

9. Liability

We provide LatinDrop "as is" and do what is reasonable to keep it working well, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, LatinDrop's liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.

11. Changes and contact
